Hollywood actress, Cameron Diaz's hubby, Benji Madden took his love of skin symbols a bit farther on Saturday, as he debuted a massive drawing of multiple tattoos on his his shaved head during a date night with his 43-year-old wife at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood, California.

 

The 36-year-old musician marked his shaved head with a large skull design intertwined with a complex geometric pattern. See more photos below;
