American actress and model, Kate Holmes' summer-long fashion nightmare continues, but this time there’s a reason for her horrible outfit. The 35-year old was photographed, hair bedraggled, in a questionable, figure-hugging acid wash denim mini-dress in Queens NY on Tuesday.

According to reports, there was a legitimate reason for her ridiculous outfit, she was filming a scene for her upcoming movie “All We Had.”
