General Murtala Mohammed was a man whose love cut across all the tribal groups in Nigeria. He was the first Nigerian leader to use the words "fellow Nigerians" and the youngest full fledged 4star general.

 

The famous man on Nigeria's 20 naira bill was assassinated on February 13, 1976, a date that will never be forgotten in the history of Nigeria.
