Toke Makinwa Bashed for Wearing Eye-popping Slit Open Dress to Her Book Launch (Photos)

 

Popular Lagos OAP and socialite, Toke Makinwa, finally released her latest book, "On Becoming", in which she shared the heartbreaking story of her break-up with her estranged husband, Maje Ayida, in a star-studded launch in Lagos on Sunday night.

 

The celebrity television host who shared her incredible survival story, and intimate details of her love life in the book, took to her Instagram page and posted a photo before the event which shows her wearing a slit-open dress which many people criticised.

 

 

The photo of the slit-open dress made rounds on social media as many branded it 'very inappropriate' for the occasion of a book launch.
