This morning was a great and joyous one for a man who was formerly blind as he now regains his sight, all thanks to Governor Rochas okorocha.

A man who was formerly blind due to cataract, has regained his sight amid jubilation by his friends and family as Imo State Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha's intervention played a major role to get him back to his sight.
