Man Cries Out After Finding Out Caretaker Inflated N500K rent to N1.3M For Three Years

 

A Nigerian tenant has taken to X to cry out for help after finding out that the caretaker of his building reportedly charged tenants N1.3M instead of the actual rent set by the landlord.

 

@Drweloveu on X (formerly Twitter) explained that the caretaker has been collecting N1.3 million annually for their apartments, when the actual rent should be N500,000.

 

The details came to light after the landlord of the house paid a surprise visit to the property.
