I Will Never Let My Sister Marry A Man Who Isn't Financially Stable - Nigerian Law Graduate Says

A Nigerian law graduate, Benkingsley Nwashara, has stated that he would never allow his sister get married to a man who is not financially stable.

He made this known on X after a pregnant woman, Kemi, passed away after allegedly being denied treatment at a hospital due to her inability to pay a N500,000 deposit.

He stated that it is painful for a woman to die because her husband cannot afford to pay N500,000.

“I don't care what you think, but I will never let my sister marry a man who isn't financially stable. It's absolutely a necessity. That pregnant woman's death due to lack of 500k is painful.”
