The world-famous Super Eagles' striker, Victor Osimhen, appeared visibly angry on Tuesday following Nigeria's 1-1 draw with Zimbabwe at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
The Galatasaray star displayed his clinical finishing ability, rising to meet a low cross from Moses Simon and heading it home to give Nigeria the lead.
Despite controlling possession and creating several early opportunities, the Super Eagles were unable to extend their advantage.
A defensive error nearly proved disastrous when Zimbabwe hit the crossbar, eventually scoring the equalizer in the dying moments of the match.
A video shared by Pooja Media on Tuesday, March 25, showed Osimhen storming off the pitch, clearly frustrated as Nigeria once again dropped vital points.
It was a sad day, but in the end, there is life to fight for another day. 😢 #PoojaInUyo pic.twitter.com/lIR6Ybg2R4
