Man Recounts How His Mother Suffered Abuse From His Father And Stayed As He Calls Out Young Women Today For Not Being More Like His Mother

A Nigerian man, Uche Ben has gone viral on Facebook after he recounted the series of abuse his mother endured at the hands of his father.

The man explained how his mother would run out of the house following threats of domestic violence from his father.

He added that his father would withhold financial assistance from their mother and from his own children to spite his mother and she would go out of her way to make ends meet for her kids.

He said that at some point, he vowed that his father will not enjoy his money when he becomes a successful adult because of what he was doing to them.

He stated that his father did everything to make his mother divorce him, including bringing another woman into the house, but she stayed and is now reaping the fruit of her sacrifices.

He then proceeded to call out women of this generation who can't stay in abusive marriages like his mother did.

His comment has led to a conversation about how women staying in abusive marriages because they don't want their kids to be from broken homes end up having adult children who are broken and see abuse as the norm.
