She Chose To Be Silly - Presidential Aide, Temitope Ajayi Calls For Capital Punishment For Corps Member Who Criticized President Tinubu

Temitope Ajayi, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media & Publicity is seeking capital punishment for the serving corps member, Ushie Rita Uguamaye also known as Raye, over the video she made criticizing the Tinubu-led administration.

Raye in a video shared online, lamented about the high cost of living and tackled President Tinubu for failing to provide succor to Nigerians.

Later on, she released another video stating that some NYSC officials called to threaten her and also ask her to take down the video. Her cry out elicited reactions from Nigerians who knocked the NYSC official for trying to silence Raye.

While reacting to the story shared on Facebook, Tope stated that Raye had violated her oath and code of conduct as a corper and is expected to be served the capital punishment under NYSC. 

He stated that bad behaviour would not be endorsed as she was not supposed to abuse the country she is currently serving.
