Actress Laide Bakare Celebrates After Being Conferred With Doctorate Degree From American University (Photo)

The mother of three revealed that she had been given an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Arts & Humanities from the American University of Peace and Governance, USA.

Nollywood actress Laide Bakare has asked friends to address her as doctor.

This comes after she was officially conferred with an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Arts & Humanities from the American University of Peace and Governance, USA.

She took to Instagram to celebrate and wrote:

“It is now official to be addressed as Hon. (Dr.) Laide Bakare.

This honor bestowed on me as a Doctor Of Arts & humanities (Honoris Causa) by the American University of Peace and Governance, USA (www.aupgedu.us) is a motivation geared towards dedication to Governance, leadership and service to humanity.

I am using this medium to appreciate His Excellency, Amb. Dr Jonathan Ojadah @jonathanjodela Chairman of the Supreme Council of American University of Peace and Governance, USA.

I am dedicating this honor in appreciation to my creator, friends, family and fans all over the world. Special Appreciation goes to my Principal, Father and mentor, His Excellency, Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke @aadeleke_01 for your unwavering Support and passion for the growth & development of Osun State which is worthy of emulation. Your legacy for Nation Building and National Development across the entire Country is a testament which I lean on and I am not taking this for granted.
