There Is No Biafra Agitation, It Is A Deadly Criminal Organisation - Igbokwe Calls For Military Intervention

Joe Igbokwe, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos has said that the agitation for Biafra in the South East is a scam.

He described the agitation as a money-making venture for criminals.

Igbokwe urged South-East governors to seek military intervention from President Bola Tinubu in curbing the activities of criminals masquerading as Biafra agitators in the region.

He made the call in a statement on his Facebook page, while supporting the Governor of Anambra State, Charles Soludo over a claim that the Biafra movement is fraudulent.

He said: “Now that Governor Soludo of Anambra State has spoken extensively that the so-called agitation for Biafra in the South East is a scam, I hope that progenitors and sponsors will now hide their faces in shame.

“Governor Soludo described the activities of IPOB, UGM, ESN and BDF in the south East as a monumental business adventure that is strange in the land of the rising sun.

“Governor Soludo also said that the criminals and murderers in the South East have been scamming Igbo in Nigeria and in diaspora that the detention of Nnamdi Kanu is the reason for the insecurity and mass murder in the South East.

“Perish the thought: it is a lie from the pit of hell. From his findings Gov Soludo said that even if Nnamdi is released today the carnage in the South East will not stop. Hardened Criminals in the SE have hijacked IPOB and others for their criminal enterprise.

“There is nothing like Biafra agitation anymore. Four deadly criminal organizations mentioned above have destroyed SE by killing our people, burning their homes, extorting millions from them and stealing their vehicles.

“They live in the forest with women they snatched to cook for them and be their wives. The criminality is deeper than what Gov Soludo is saying.

“What we need is to do intelligent covert operations in the SE. Citizens of the SE know where these criminals are hiding in the forest. They know their names. They are their brothers and sisters.

“Even our Governors in the SE have intelligent reports about them and their activities. Some of them are used during elections.

“They pay them to carry out any activities near their camps. Sometimes it is a symbiotic relationship. It is deeper than you think.

“I cannot teach the law enforcement agencies their job . They know what to do. The hide and seek games should cease to exist in the SE. If Nigeria soldiers mean business in two weeks this tragedy in the SE will cease to exist.

“If you go to SE for burial, marriage ceremony or birthday celebration you have to drop millions to these minions who have never seen N50,000 since they were born.

“It has become a huge enterprise and our young people are coming home from other parts of Nigeria and abroad to Join. It is more than what happened during the civil war from 1967 to 1970.

“It is not only Soludo that should be speaking, Governors of Imo, Abia, Ebony, and Enugu should join the war to restore the South East. It is a task that must be done.

“The Governors can seek help from PBAT. They should request for military intervention. There is no place for them to hide. The bandits and murderers should be smoked out from forests in the SE. The time is now. It is going to be operation recover South East.”
