Police Seek Public's Help After Woman Abandoned Her Child In Adamawa Hotel

The Adamawa State Police Command is seeking help from the public to locate the family of a child abandoned at People's Hotel in Nasarawo community, Demsa Local Government Area of the state.
 
The spokesperson of the command, SP Suleiman Nguroje, who disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, said the child was abandoned at the reception of the hotel by her mother.
 
According to the PPRO, the unknown woman told people at reception that she wanted to go and buy food for her child but never returned.
 
“Any useful information that will aid investigation to trace the child's parents or relatives will be appreciated. Please contact the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) Adamawa State Command. Through 08065604764,” the statement read.
