Like Kemi Badenoch, Nnamdi Kanu More Biafra Than Nigeria – Brother, Kanunta

 

Kanunta, a younger brother to Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB has thrown his support behind the leader of the Conservative Party leader in the United Kingdom, UK, Kemi Badenoch.

 

This comes after Badenoch said she is more Yoruba than Nigeria.

 

Reacting, Kanunta stressed that Kanu is more Biafra than Nigeria.

 

Posting on X, Kanunta said Badenoch’s remark shows that Nigeria is dead.

 

He wrote: “@Keir_Starmer @FCDOGovUK @UKParliament @UKHouseofLords @UKinNigeria The statement made by @KemiBadenoch is absolutely correct, she is more Yoruba than Nigeria meaning that Nigeria is dead.

 

DAILY POST recalls that in 2022, Badenoch had accused Nigerian politicians of using public funds for their private matters.

 

She claimed that her upbringing in Nigeria was overshadowed by fear and insecurity because the country is plagued by corruption.

 

And after she was elected as UK Conservative Party leader in November 2024, the Nigerian government, through the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, NIDCOM, was said to have tried to reach out to Badenoch but she declined.
