A Nigerian Catholic priest, Rev. Angelo Chidi Unegbu, has opined that a country with more religious billboards than industrial billboards or adverts cannot prosper.
In a Facebook post, he said that such a country has only excelled in religious merchandise but would deal with poverty and insecurity.
“A country that has more religious billboards than industrial billboards or adverts cannot be said to be religious. It is rather a country that has excelled in religious merchandise. Such a country cannot but be poor, insecure and ungodly,” he wrote in a Facebook post on Tuesday.
