The former artiste manager disclosed this while replying to an X user’s comment referring to him as a personal assistant to Davido and his wife.

Music executive Ubi Franklin has made a clarification concerning his relationship with singer, Davido.

He was reacting after social media users referred to him as Davido’s personal assistant and nanny.

In an X post, he clarified tha he's neither Davido's personal assistant or his nanny.

He wrote, “Ubi is the CEO of Mademusicg, and if you see me working for Davido, it’s because I have the required qualifications and experience to do the job of a business administrator.

“David calls me #thesolutionist, do with that what you want. Definitely not his PA or nanny like most of you have tried to taunt me with. If that makes you happy, so be it. I am on the business end, and that’s where I’ll always be.”

Nigerian artist Timaya had referred to Ubi as Davido’s employed nanny in a tweet on March 30, 2022.

Later, in October 2023, while they were on a jet together, Davido playfully teased Ubi by calling him a nanny.
