Man Ordered to Vacate House After Single Mother He Married Months Earlier Filed For Divorce

 

A man has lost his home to a single mother he married months earlier.

 

This comes after the woman filed for divorce and won full possession of the property.

 

This was revealed through a post shared online X by @uncleayo.

 

He shared a copy of the judgment ordering the man to leave his property.

 

The tweet read: “Man buys house before marrying woman. Man marries woman. Woman moves into man’s house with an extramarital child. Woman files for divorce. Court grants woman FULL possession of house. Court tells man to REMOVE personal belongings from house. I don’t understand America 🇺🇸.”

He also shared supporting documents and expressed his frustration: “The woman says ‘she’s not doing again.’ It is the man they’re sending OUT OF HIS OWN HOUSE. What exactly is the ROI of marriage for men? After toiling in my 30’s & 40’s into stability, a woman can, ‘based on feelings,’ reap my decades of sweat? This doesn’t make sense.”
