We had reported that he was ordered to pay the fine by a court in the UK.
Reacting on his Twitter page, David hinted that the judgment was a joke.
He wrote:
"Me sef don collect £100 million default judgment from High Court of Congo-Brazaville make them pay me🤷🏿
People that have not eaten today."
