It Is A Crime For A Man To Pay Or Send Money To A Woman For S3x - Nigerian Lawyer Says

A Nigerian lawyer, Stella, has stated that it is a crime for a man to pay or send money to a woman to engage in s3xual intercourse.

In a Facebook post, she stated that such an act is against the law and liable on conviction to two years imprisonment.
 
“It is a CRÏMË for a MAN to PAY or SEND MONEY to a WOMAN for S.Ë.X. It is called PROCUREMENT. You go chop beans for 2 years. See SECTION 223 CRIMINAL CODE,” she wrote on Monday.
