Heavy rainfall and flooding from the Orashi River have displaced thousands of residents in Ahoada West Local Government Area of Delta State, causing widespread property damage.

This was made known via a video shared by Channels TV on Tuesday, November 5.

The video showed numerous houses submerged by the floodwaters.
