Israeli Military Kills New Hamas Leader, Yahya Sinwar, Mastermind of Oct 7

 

Hamas terror chief, Yahya Sinwar is dead.

 

The Israel Defense Forces, IDF confirmed his death on Thursday in Gaza Strip.

 

Fox News reports that the IDF had in a statement earlier said it was “checking the possibility that one of the terrorists killed after its strikes in Gaza on Thursday was Yahya Sinwar.”

 

According to IDF, the soldiers had spotted suspected terrorists in Gaza and opened fire before the individuals fled into a building.

 

However, later in a post on its official X handle, IDF confirmed Sinwar’s death, saying he had been eliminated.

 

Sinwar, 61, was widely seen as being behind the October 7 massacre of Israeli civilians carried out by Hamas militants.
