Man Shares Why Some Companies Don’t Like Employing ‘Gen Zs’

A Nigerian man has shared his perspective on why some Nigerian companies are hesitant to hire 'Gen Z' employees.

In a post shared on X, the Nigerian man said a young lady made an error with her work and this cost her company N2.5 million.

He said the young lady was rebuked by her MD for being negligent, only for the lady to go into her office toilet to cry and then tendered her resignation.
