Nigerians Lament How Empty The Lagos Airport Is Due To High Cost Of Flight Tickets

A traveller shared a photo of the Murtala Muhammad International Airport, Lagos, on Tuesday, September 24, following the hike in the cost of flight tickets.

Taking to the X platform, he shared a photo of an almost empty waiting area, with just a handful of passengers waiting.

"Empty airport this morning. Return ticket Lagos to Abuja is 143k," the X user wrote.

Other Nigerians have also gone on the platform to lament about the high cost of flight tickets.
