FRSC Official Seen Dragging Steering Wheel Of Moving Car With Woman In Abuja (Video)

A video of an officer of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) dragging the steering wheel of a moving car with a woman has surfaced online.

In the video, the officer is seen sitting in the driver's seat. A woman sitting on the passenger's side reaches out and starts dragging for the steering wheel and the officer drags her back.

While this is going on, other passengers are seen in the back seat but the officer and the woman carry on without concern for their safety.

The incident reportedly happened in Abuja.
