He asked them to pick one out of three listed punishments below.

Animal You Are
Count Your Beans – Housemates will be given a bowl filled with beans to count.
Animal You Are – Housemates will choose an animal and walk on all fours, and they won’t be allowed to stand up unless they are using the restroom.
Write your wrongs.
The housemates have all made their choices and are not allowed to exchange them.
They must complete their punishments without breaks.
