The veteran singer also revealed the Nigerian musician he would love to collaborate with.
Veteran singer Eedris Abdulkareem has opened up about his legacy and how he would love to be remembered.
Speaking in a recent episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, where the co-host, Toun Cole, asked: “How would you love this new generation of artists to remember you?”
Abdulkareem simply replied: “For the truth that I stand for.”
Asked whether he would love to work with any new generation artist, the veteran singer said: “I plan to collaborate with any new generation Nigerian artist that is conscious enough. Yes, Falz.
“Falz is the only conscious artist in this new generation. Who else? If your music is not adding value, no matter how far it goes, I don’t give a damn, because the lifespan is three or four months. You will have to do another song to replace that one. But when the song is evergreen, it will always be evergreen.”
