Tiwa Savage claimed that it was a peaceful transition and that despite difficult years in the past, he battled valiantly to the very end.

Afrobeat star, Tiwatope Omolara aka Tiwa Savage has remembered her late father on his posthumous birthday.

She took to her social media page to commemorate her late father‘s posthumous birthday today.

The star lost her father on July 19, 2021.

Sharing a photo with her late father, she wrote:“Happy birthday daddy. Continue to rest in perfect peace❤️🕊️”

She added: “Thank you for all the love and messages. I’m trying to respond to all. Yesterday you all made me feel truly special ❤️”
