Rufai Oseni
Tersoo Kula, the Chief Press Secretary to the Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia has taken a swipe at Arise TV news anchor, Rufai Oseni.
Recall that Oseni and a chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Jesutega Onokpasa had gotten into an altercation on Monday during a show at the TV station.
Oseni, while interviewing Onokpasa had disagreed with him over his submission on fuel subsidy removal by President Bola Tinubu and the general economic situation of the country.
However, the development has led to some supporters of the APC administration claiming that Oseni is biased.
Sharing his thoughts on the situation via Facebook, Kula accused the presenter of being blind to the ethics of journalism.
He wrote, “There is no need for a responsible citizen of this country to honour any programme on Arise TV that Rufai will be anchoring.
“He is sadly blind to ethics, lacks the basic manners, courtesy and principles of the profession”.
