Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, the Enugu State Governor-elect, as well as his Deputy Governor-elect, Barr. Ifeanyi Ossai, have visited the state governor.
The two men, yesterday evening, paid homage to the leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi at the Government House, Enugu to express their profound gratitude to the governor.
DAILY POST reports that Mbah was on Wednesday night declared winner of the keenly election Enugu guber election.
After his victory was announced, Mbah visited Governor Ugwuanyi in the company of the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Edward Ubosi; the State Chairman of the PDP, Hon. Augustine Nnamani.
Others were Senator Gil Emeka Nnaji; the lawmakers representing Enugu East/Isi-Uzo and Enugu North/South federal constituencies, Hon. Prince Cornelius Nnaji and Rt. Hon. Ofor Chukwuegbo respectively; the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Simon Uchenna Ortuanya; the Deputy Chief of Staff, Government House, Enugu, Prof. Malachy Okwueze; Commissioner for Finance, Hon. Mrs. Adaonah Kene-Uyanwune; Special Advisers to the Governor on Special Duties and Information, Uwakwe Azikiwe and Steve Oruruo respectively; Chairman of Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area, Hon. Chukwudi Nnadozie and the spokesperson of the PDP Campaign Council, Enugu State, Chief Nana Ogbodo.
