A South African woman identified as Brenda On Twitter took to the microblogging site to warn ladies to desist from calling their men by their names.
The Sports Journalist said that a woman calling her boyfriend or husband by his name is a disrespectful act.
The woman’s assertion sparked controversy online as netizens flooded her timeline to react.
She wrote; ”Stop calling your man by his name, have some respect.”
