Senate president Bukola Saraki's confidence has been boosted by a vote of confidence by the Senate as well as a protest by his supporters in Abuja.
The protesters
At the resumed session of the Senate this morning, 86 senators passed their vote of confidence on Senate president, Bukola Saraki.
While that was going on inside the Senate seating, a group of protesters were outside of the National Assembly premises protesting and singing solidarity songs in support of the the leadership of the embattled Senate President.
