A Nigerian Navy commander has reportedly died in his sleep while he was on assignment in Delta State.

Francis Ebhohimen, a Navy commander, has died a tragic death leaving family, friends and colleagues in deep grief.
Local reports show the naval officer died in his sleep on the 6th Of March 2018 in Sapele area of Delta state where he reportedly went for an assignment.
Since the death of the naval commander who left behind his wife and two lovely children, broke, his friends and colleagues have taken to Facebook to mourn the loss.

A former classmate and friend to the deceased, Kathryn Aj Omokide mourned the loss by writing;
"Jehovah how could death be this cruel That he slept and never woke up? O FRANCIS!
"A Naval Commander, A noble daddy to his children, and lovely husband to his beautiful wife.
"Igueben College Igueben Alumni will miss you.
"Uromi people have lost a rare gem..
"My classmate at Igueben College Igueben , My friend since 1987. His number is no longer reachable.
"It’s sad. Who are we to question what is inevitable?
