Billionaire entrepreneur and chairman of Heirs Holdings, Tony Elumelu, shared this photo of him all smiles checking out singer, Flavour’s tattoos.
The 55-year old economist is also the chairman of the United Bank for Africa, Transcorp and founder of The Tony Elumelu Foundation.
