Senator Shehu Sani representing Kaduna Central in the Senate has reacted following criticisms that trailed President Muhammadu Buhari's visit to Kano state for the wedding of Fatima, daughter of Abdullahi Ganduje, governor of Kano state, and Idris, the son of Abiola Ajimobi, Oyo state governor.
Nigerians accused Buhari of not showing any sympathy for the grieving families.
Reacting, Shehu Sani said that those telling Buhari to visit these troubled areas are not the real enemies of the President.
Buhari and others in Kano for the wedding Fatima, daughter of Abdullahi Ganduje, governor of Kano state, and Idris,

"Those telling the President to visit Dapchi, Taraba, Rann & Benue are not enemies of the President, they are people who want him to be in the right place at the right time as a our leader, as a human being, as a father; for history and for morality.
"Right on stage, the Broomsband and the Gang are wrongly playing Rock music for the King instead of a Dirge. History has no record of people who only whisper the truth to power because it’s inaudible and cannot be verified." Sani wrote on social media.
