Social media users have been left in a state of shock after Aisha Buhari retweeted video alleging that her husband has lost control of his government.

President Muhammadu Buhari's wife Aisha Buhari is courting controversy after she retweeted on Twitter a video by Senator Isa Misau saying that President Muhammadu Buhari was no longer in charge of his government.
Misau in the video, while speaking on the floor of the Senate, condemned the murder taking place in Benue state saying that the government had failed the people.
Misau further added that Buhari is no longer in charge of his government as incompetent people are being appointed into sensitive positions of authority.
People are surprised why Aisha would retweet such a tweet condemning her husband.
Aisha also retweeted another video by Senator Ben Murray-Bruce in which Bruce argued that Nigeria is becoming a lawless country. Many people believe the retweets validate Aisha's earlier arguments that President Buhari's government had been hijacked by a cabal.
