A very horrific tragedy was recorded in Rivers state yesterday after a man fell from a scaffold and died instantly in Okrika town.

The local residents of Abam, opposite Refinery main gate in the Okrika area of Rivers State, were left in total shock and thrown into mourning on Wednesday when a young man fell from a scaffold at an uncompleted building and died instantly.
