The six governors selected from the Nigerian Governors Forum to visit Nigeria's President, Muhammadu Buhari in London have departed from the country and will have a meeting this afternoon in the British capital.

TORI News reported earlier on Tuesday that six Nigerian governors including governors elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are scheduled to leave Nigeria to visit President Muhammadu Buhari in London.
It was gathered that the visit of the six governors to Buhari was being organised by the office of the National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Munguno (rtd.).
While speaking at a media briefing in Abuja yesterday afternoon, three presidential spokespersons, Femi Adesina, Garba Shehu and Laolu Akande, disclosed that the governors will depart to the United Kingdom on Tuesday night.
Garba Shehu, senior special assistant to the president on media and publicity, said the meeting will hold by 3pm in London on Wednesday, adding that Abdulaziz Yari, governor of Zamfara state, will lead the delegation.
Listed among the six governors are;
1. Udom Emmanuel (Akwa Ibom)
2. Dave Umahi (Ebonyi)
3. Umar Ganduje (Kano)
4. Abiola Ajimobi (Oyo)
5. Kashim Shettima (Borno)
6. Samuel Ortom (Benue)
