A female National Youth Service Corps member has left tongues wagging after she was spotted wearing a skimpy NYSC uniform. The unknown girl had converted the popular trouser khaki to a bum short.
Many people have criticized the outfit saying the main purpose of the scheme is not to turn it into a fashion parade event. However, some others have admired it as a creative design that could be emulated by other corp members.
