Photos of Armed Policemen at the National Stadium Ahead of the Planned National Protest

The planned national protest against the government initially convened by legendary Nigerian singer, Innocent Idibia has taken a nosedive with security operatives taking over the venue.

According to reports filtering in from Lagos, armed policemen have taken over the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos ahead of the planned protest today, 6th of February, 2017.
 
The gate has been reportedly closed with the security operatives taking over the road leading to the stadium and refusing citizens from entering the venue.
 
 
A social media user, Otunba Babalola claims 10 police tanks were stationed around the stadium.
 
Innocent Idibia popularly called TuFace has since pulled out of the national protest due to 'security reasons' thereby dividing his fans.
