Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state was allegedly caught sleeping during President Muhammadu Buhari's meeting session with the world bank president, Dr. Jim Yong Kim during the US official trip.

 
Governor Rochas Okorocha joined President Buhari to meet with the world bank president, looks like he was sleeping in the meeting with the World Bank President, Dr. Jim Yong Kim. May be he was meditating or praying.
 
Rochas Okorocha was part of the delegation that joined President Buhari on his presidential visit to USA.
