FUTO School Website Hacked By Suspected Students (Screenshots)

Popular reports on the social media reveals that the official school website of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, has been hacked by suspected students.

A hacking syndicate known as the Nigerian Cyber Army who have been terrorising several websites in Nigeria have attacked the official website of the Federal University of Technology Owerri, FUTO.
 
The act was reportedly carried out after one of the hackers made a post on his Facebook page which read, "Nobody can stop me, FUTO on my mind" .
 
The account name is Batch Fweak. See screenshots of the hack:
 
 
 
 
According to a source in the school, students are being suspected for the act.
 
The Nigerian Cyber Army is known for their illicit acts of breaching cyber security. Some computer experts claim the trick used is a "noob trick" that entails the hacker uploading a shell amidst other procedures to deface the website.
 
Nigerian Cyber Authorities are currently investigating the issue.
