BREAKING News: US Military Aircraft Goes Missing After Crashing Into the Sea

A US military aircraft has crashed off the southern Japanese island of Okinawa, according to a Japanese coast guard official.

 
A United States' military fighter aircraft, believed to be a AV8B Harrier II jet, has reportedly crashed into the sea off the coast of Japan after taking off from a major Air Force base on the southern Japanese island of Okinawa.
 
According to Dailymail, a member of aircraft's crew has been rescued, as it still unclear how many people were on board - the jet is a single-pilot plane but the training version has two seats. 
 
The 11th Regional Coast Guard are searching for the plane, with a helicopter and patrol boat, at the crash site, 150 kilometers east of Kunigami district.
 
The US Air Force is currently stationed at Kadena Air Base on the island of Okinawa as search continues.
