Nigeria's apex court, the Supreme Court has finally released its judgement after listening to counsels which has laid to rest the fate of James Faleke and Yahaya Bello.

Premium Times, the Supreme Court has today, September 20, affirmed the election of Yahaya Bello as the Governor of Kogi State.
It was gathered that after listening to the closing statements of all the counsel involved in the high profile case, the seven-man panel headed by Justice Sylvester Ngwata affirmed the election.
In a unanimous judgement delivered in Abuja on Tuesday, the court dismissed the claim of James Faleke that he was the rightful candidate for the position.
The court also said it will provide reasons for its decision on September 30.
