Former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, has reportedly just added a Rolls Royce Phantom to his fleet of exotic cars.
It was gathered the influential royal monarch drove the car around the streets of Kano state yesterday, July 27th.
