FRSC officials were spotted in Ibadan, Oyo State in the south-western part of Nigeria struggling with a faulty car that was manually moved rather than been towed with a specialized van.

Officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) were seen this afternoon, 2nd of June, 2016 pushing a driver's faulty car in Ibadan along MKO Abiola way.
