Chidi caused a stir after sharing a video on TikTok claiming to be the billionaire’s next of kin.
Nigerian socialite and entrepreneur, Obinna Oyiegbu, aka Obi Cubana has left tongues wagging after announcing his son as his next of kin.
He made the move after his adopted first son, Chidi’s claimed to be his next of kin.
Chidi had shared a video on TikTok claiming to be the billionaire’s next of kin.
He captioned the video, “Nothing do my shoulder, I just realize say I be next of kin.”
Seemingly reacting, Obi Cubana shared a photo of himself and his biological son Alex on Instagram with the caption, “Ancient and modern, eyes on the ball. @dtwalx aka next of kin.”
Taking to the comments section, Alex wrote, “Using my headphones right now,” to which Obi Cubana replied, “Correct boy, original next-of-kin.”
Obi Cubana’s post stirred controversy with many berating him for not settling the issue internally.
One X user @Abazwhyllzz wrote, “Unnecessary. He should have told the guy to delete on TikTok,then solved it internally instead of coming to post sha.
