President of Northern Youths has sent a warning message to social media activist, Verydarkman over his comments against the Sultan of Sokoto.
Recall that Verydarkman had slammed the Sultan of Sokoto for labeling social media a terrorist organisation, emphasizing that government ought to deal with it.
In reaction to this Verydarkman had opposed the idea by pointing out how others have used social media to do good, while kicking against the idea of regulation social media.
Reacting, the president of Arewa Youths gave Verydarkman 48 hours to apologize to the Sultan.
He said:
“My name is ambassador Abdul DanBature, the president of Northern Nigerian youths. I want to quickly call on the attention of Verydarkman based on the comment he did against our father our royal leader the sultan of Sokoto. We want Verydarkman to quickly withdraw his statement and apologize to the sultan of Sokoto and to we the Northern Nigerians are giving Verydarkman 48 hours for him to do that. Thank you.”
