The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA, which confirmed this via its X account, said its officials were swiftly deployed to the scene to manage the situation and ensure traffic flow.
A collision between a Toyota Sienna and a commercial bus occurred on Eko Bridge, heading toward Apongbon, on Thursday morning.
The incident left one person badly injured.

Posting on its official X account, LASTMA wrote, “An accident occurred and it involved a Sienna bus and a Yellow bus on Eko Bridge inward Apongbon with one casualty (injured person).
“Men of the Nigeria Police Force have been contacted for documentation.
“Our men are also on the ground managing the situation.”
Commuters are advised to exercise caution and follow traffic directions while passing through the affected route.
