Ebonyi Landlord Allegedly Gives Tenant Quit Notice Because He Has Two Cars And Bought Third One For His Wife

A man identified as Nelson Igboke has claimed that a landlord in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State gave one of his tenants a quit notice because he has two cars and recently bought a third one for his wife.

According to him, the landlord told him to pack out and go and build his own house.

“At Okwase street Abakaliki, landlord just gave his tenant quit notice b/c he had 2 cars and just bot a 3rd one for his wife. The landlord asked him to go and build his own house,” he wrote on Monday.
