Agunechemba Operatives Arrest 2 Kidnappers, 5 S*x Workers, Demolish Brothel

During the raid, two suspected kidnappers were arrested, along with five s*x workers who reportedly provided cover for them. The operation was made possible following a tip-off from local residents.

The operatives of the newly launched Agunechemba Security Squad have uncovered a kidnappers’ hideout during a raid on a brothel in the Akwu-Ukwu community near Oba, Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State.

During the raid, two suspected kidnappers were arrested, along with five s*x workers who reportedly provided cover for them. The operation was made possible following a tip-off from local residents.

Daily Post reports  that upon the arrests, the one-storey building housing the kidnappers and s*x workers was immediately demolished by the security operatives, in accordance with Anambra State’s Homeland Security Laws.

According to an operative: “The raid followed credible information from concerned members of the public about suspicious activities at the brothel.

“We received reports of young men visiting the brothel regularly, arriving late in the evening and leaving early in the morning. We kept watch, confirmed the information, and apprehended them.”


The operative confirmed that some gang members remain at large and vowed to track them down.

As of the time of filing this report, police authorities in Anambra State have yet to confirm the incident.
